The Tamborine story began in 1997 when the company started as a small studio in London. Nick Harris (now MD and Senior Engineer) joined the fledging audio organisation in 2001, and took over as joint owner in 2010. We have since evolved into a key player within the broadcast industry. Our work ranges from radio to feature films, but it is in the realms of animation that we feel we really tip the scales and demonstrate world-class abilities.
Our audio post-production work includes both live action and animation, but it is in the realms of animation that we feel we really tip the scales and demonstrate world-class abilities.
Our technical facilities now include a 6-voice recording studio and post production suite in London, with a 3m-long projection screen, and a 3-man recording booth in Media City with a post-production suite. Tamborine has re-imagined the recording process to increase the versatility of the studios and the flexibility of the sound engineering team.
We continue to work with a portfolio of household names and our clients are extremely loyal to the Tamborine outfit as we foster a partnership approach in the studio; offering a service that manages a production from casting to delivering the final mix.
